Since graduating law school in 1983, Maureen Moore has built a labor and employment law practice that focuses on Union avoidance training and audits, Labor Relations training for HR professionals, election campaigns and responding to union organizing efforts, negotiations, and arbitrations.

Experience
Maureen has over thirty years’ experience in traditional labor relations and labor and employment law as well as in-depth experience as both outside and in-house counsel. Maureen joins the firm from Xerox Corporation, where she was Vice President of Corporate Labor Relations for Xerox Corporation, serving as a member of the HR Leadership Team. Maureen established and led the Labor Relations Center of Expertise for Xerox. She has extensive experience under the National Labor Relations Act, Railway Labor Act and Canadian provincial legislation
