Sharon attended Texas A&M University School of Law where she graduated with her J.D. and Workplace Law concentration. While in law school, Sharon had the privilege to intern in the public and private sectors where she gained invaluable experience with a variety of employment matters. She was also active in the Women in the Law Student Association and the Employment and Labor Law Student Association.
Prior to attending law school, Sharon spent over a decade in public education, primarily as a high school English teacher in North Texas and Kentucky.
In her free time, Sharon loves to spend time with her family and read novels and poetry. She and her husband have two energetic and creative children who love the arts, so their house is rarely quiet or glitter-free.
